The Japanese versions of modern portables often allow titling in
Kana (the Japanese phonetic character set). Any machine capable of
handlig Kana will also allow titling in the Roman alphabet.
Modern portables have 40 seconds of shock memory, older ones
(1996 or earlier) have 10.
